I was born into a family that enjoyed hosting guest as my grandparents and parents owned and operated a motel nearby in Cayce SC.  I grew up in the area and have never left.

I'm a retired electrical and computer engineer and worked for NCR and Intel and my wife Rhonda is a kindergarten teacher.  I enjoy golfing, guitar, being outside, woodworking and the satisfaction of seeing another run-down house restored to better than it was to begin with.

I enjoy renovating old homes to bring to life to them again.  We specialize in opening up the houses and utilizing space inside a home more efficiently.
My wife is an interior decorator type, so we make a great team.  Our short-term rentals units reflect the best of both of our talents. 

When I bought my first house in this really cool area, I saw it not only as a way to make a living after retirement from the computer industry but as a way to match people and families with their perfect vacation home away from home.

Our business motto is: "if its not a house we would love to live in, it doesn't go in our portfolio".
